Paul E. Blade was born and raised in Sandusky, Ohio. He met his wife Joan at Bowling Green State University and they married upon graduation in 1966. Paul received his law degree at Cleveland Marshall Law School and he was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1970. His first three years of practice were spent in Cleveland, Ohio. In 1973 Paul was admitted to the Florida Bar, and he, Joan and their four young children moved to Florida to begin their new life. In 1976 Paul started his own office and Blade and Blade, P.A. began as Paul E. Blade, P.A. In 1995 the firm became Blade and Blade, P.A. with the addition of son Bill. Paul is a Past-Chairman of Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund’s Broward County Advisory Team and a Past-President of Attorney’s Real Estate Council of Broward County. While he is recognized as a real estate expert, he is also very active in the areas of wills, trusts, and probate. He has written wills for nearly 4,000 clients. You may also find him in court representing a landlord in an eviction case. An explanation of evictions can be found in this website. On the personal side, Paul and Joan are the proud parents of three sons and one daughter. They like to talk about their children, the attorney, engineer, insurance adjustor, and school teacher; and they love talking about their five grandchildren.
Paul’s oldest son Bill was born in Cleveland, Ohio along with his three younger siblings and moved to Florida when he was three years old. After graduating from St. Thomas Aquinas High School he attended Florida State University in Tallahassee where he met his wife Roxanne. After his first year of law school at St. Thomas in Miami Lakes, Florida they got married. Upon successfully passing the bar in 1995, he started practicing with his father. Paul had been a solo practitioner since 1976. Together they moved to Deerfield Beach and opened up Blade & Blade, P.A where they still are today practicing real estate law, probate law, & family law. When Bill is not in the office he enjoys spending time with his family. He has three children, Kaitlyn, Matthew and Megan. His wife, Roxanne, also works at the office and works closely with Bill coordinating client’s financial affairs. They are busy, but enjoy their life together in South Florida.
After his service in the U.S. Army, Libo B. Fineberg moved to Florida in 1968 and admitted to the Florida Bar in 1969. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Laws Degree in Taxation and Estate Planning from the University of Miami. Libo began his legal career as corporate counsel, first to a private manufacturing company, and then to a public corporation in land development. He was the resident Florida partner of a Pennsylvania law firm that included representation of the developer of Bonita Bay, on the West Coast of Florida. In 1992 he re-entered private practice in Pompano Beach, Florida and primarily specializes in real estate property, estate planning, and administration and business law. Libo has been married to his wife Louise since 1996, and they share a son who is partner with the Florida Law Firm of Lash and Goldberg, as well as a daughter, Erin Regen, who currently is working as a real estate processor at Blade Title Company. Since moving to Florida, Libo has been very involved on numerous charitable organizations, as well as one of the founders of a not-for-profit parochial day school and a for-profit school.
Bill’s wife Roxanne Blade, is a fully licensed Certified Financial Planner. Her business, Blade Financial Services, LLC, shares space with Blade Law Office, and her expertise is a natural fit with the estate planning efforts offered by Blade & Blade, P.A. Being a client of this husband and wife team that has been working in the field of estate and financial planning together for over 20 years gives clients an added resource for information. Bill and Roxanne work together and help each other with specific clients or cases. Suly joined our team in August of 2018. She attended Florida State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Criminology. In 2002, she enrolled at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center and graduated in 2005. Suly began her legal career by focusing on real estate transactions and commercial litigation. Just prior to joining Blade & Blade, P.A., she represented national mortgage servicers and lenders in consumer finance litigation matters, some of which included title claims litigation. Suly is a fluent Spanish speaker. In her personal time, Suly enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends!
The rest of our team members include (from left to right): Tess Fischer, is one of our Real Estate Processors and she has been with us since 2011. She has been a Boca Raton resident with her husband, John Fischer and her two children for over 20 years. Noah Levine, is our Receptionist and he has been with our firm since 2011. At times you can also see him in local theatre performances. Erin Regen, is another Real Estate Processor at the firm and has been with us since 2016. She is Attorney Libo Fineberg’s daughter and has been in the real estate title business for over 19 years. When she is not at work she is enjoying her family or enjoying her workouts at Jazzercise. Nicole Vernon is our Director of Business Development and she has been with us since 2015. She is a native Floridian and when she is not out networking she is creating our great online presence through various social media outlets. All of our team members are here to help you with your needs in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Our team is dedicated and always strive to go above and beyond as they would for family.
